Body armor traps heat, moisture, and humid air against the torso during summer patrol, traffic control, training, extended scenes, and other demanding assignments. VestFlow™ creates continuous airflow beneath your ballistic vest to help remove trapped air, increase sweat evaporation, and make long hours in armor more manageable.

BUILT FOR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL BODY ARMOR

For external vest carriers, position the airflow outlet behind the upper edge of the carrier to direct air downward between the vest and uniform shirt.

For internal or concealed armor, position the outlet beneath the uniform shirt and behind the upper edge of the vest. This directs airflow into the area where heat and perspiration commonly accumulate.

Unlike vehicle-connected cooling systems, VestFlow™ continues working during foot patrol, roadside investigations, training, and extended calls.

FIVE ADJUSTABLE AIRFLOW MODES

Choose the balance of airflow, sound, and battery life that fits the assignment.

Level 1 provides a light, nearly inaudible airflow for quiet environments or extended use. Each higher setting progressively increases airflow, with Level 5 delivering strong circulation for high heat, physical activity, and outdoor assignments.

Level 2: Up to 13 hours
Level 3: Up to 10 hours

RADIO-FRIENDLY, CONSISTENT FAN TONE

VestFlow™ uses a brushless centrifugal squirrel cage fan to produce focused airflow beneath body armor. Instead of pulsing, rattling, or constantly changing pitch, the fan produces a steady, non-fluctuating operating tone, even on Level 5.

This consistent sound profile allows the noise filtering found in many common law enforcement and first responder microphones to more easily identify and reduce the background tone. This helps limit fan noise during radio transmissions.

Performance may vary by radio system, microphone placement, fan position, and surrounding conditions. Users should test VestFlow™ with their specific communication equipment before operational use.

SUPPORTS NATURAL EVAPORATIVE COOLING

Sweat only provides effective cooling when it can evaporate. Beneath body armor, warm and humid air can become trapped between the wearer, clothing, and vest, limiting evaporation and leaving the user feeling soaked and overheated.

VestFlow™ continuously moves air through this confined space to help:

• Displace trapped warm and humid air
• Move air across damp clothing and skin
• Increase sweat evaporation

• Prevent stagnant pockets of hot air

VestFlow™ does not produce refrigerated air. It helps the body use its natural evaporative cooling process more effectively. Results vary based on temperature, humidity, clothing, activity level, and individual conditions.

USB-C RECHARGEABLE

The internal rechargeable lithium-ion battery eliminates disposable batteries, external battery packs, and permanent vehicle connections.

VestFlow™ charges through USB-C using wall chargers, vehicle adapters, or power banks. With a compatible high-powered USB-C supply, recharge time is approximately 2.5 hours.

VestFlow™ may improve comfort and airflow beneath body armor, but it is not medical equipment and does not prevent heat exhaustion or heat stroke. Use it as part of a complete heat-safety plan that includes hydration, rest periods, shade, supervision, and recognition of heat-illness symptoms.
